We are seeking a talented Affiliate Manager with strong marketing and people skills to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with affiliates and monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue
- Lead projects to further develop the affiliate platform
- Actively pursue new partnership opportunities, meeting monthly targets
- Conducting warm and cold calls to help develop new affiliate relationships
- Auditing new publisher accounts and domains for quality
- Maintaining daily interaction with numerous affiliates via phone, Skype, and email
- Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a way that will maximize revenue
- Participate in industry events and keep updated on know how trends
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of Online Marketing experience
- Two (2) years of Affiliate Manager experience (preferably in the online industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
- Strong understanding of the Internet advertising industry concepts and terms
- Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment
- General/cursory knowledge of HTML/JavaScript is a plus
